Deposits, treatment eligibility, results and refunds.

Appointment deposit
A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service at the time of your appointment.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Treatment eligibility
Client safety and appropriate treatment selection are always the priority.
Treatment eligibility is determined through consultation, review of relevant health and skincare history, current medications/products, skin condition, contraindications, and professional assessment.
Touched by Tacha reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when the provider determines that proceeding would not be appropriate or in the client’s best interest.
Being scheduled for a particular service does not guarantee that the treatment will be performed if contraindications or other concerns are identified.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding:
- Current medications and supplements
- Prescription skincare products
- Allergies and sensitivities
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status when applicable
- Recent procedures or treatments
- Relevant medical conditions
- Changes in health or medication since a previous visit
Failure to disclose information that may affect treatment safety could result in postponement or cancellation of a service.
Provider right to refuse service
Touched by Tacha reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary for client safety, when treatment is contraindicated, or when inappropriate or disrespectful behavior occurs.
Our goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment for both clients and provider.
Treatment results & refunds
All treatments and services performed by TouchedbyTacha are nonrefundable.
Skincare results vary between individuals and may depend on factors including skin condition, lifestyle, homecare, consistency, treatment frequency, medications, hormones, sun exposure, and other individual factors.
Specific results or timelines cannot be guaranteed.
Some skin concerns may require a series of treatments and ongoing maintenance to achieve and maintain improvement.
